Mirek Towski, Time & Life Pictures/Getty Image Don't blame Beyoncé for the group's third straight matchy-matchy trip to the 2000 Soul Train Awards. Blame her mom. Until recently, Tina Knowles was responsible for all of her daughter's red carpet...um...moments. (Maybe that's why the Soul Train Awards went kaput.) Steve Granitz, WireImage She ditched the shoes, but still was setting off the metal detector, and it turned out that the problem was all in her head. Erm, her hair, rather. Not so surprising, considering her impressive wig collection, right? We haven't had that particular problem, but we've definitely had our share of embarrassing moments in the security line (one involving an electric razor that got switched on and hummed its way through the x-ray machine). We've definitely learned to choose our traveling outfits based on how easily they'll go through airport security. How about you? What's your most embarrassing airport security gaffe?
